How does realtime sync work?
TASKTOGO uses Socket.IO to push updates to open browser tabs as soon as data changes. Tasks, calendar entries and chat messages refresh without a manual reload.
Can we integrate with existing tools?
Available today: email notifications, push notifications and file attachments. Calendar export (iCal) is coming soon; the ICS encoder is implemented and the public subscribe URL is planned for Q4 2026. Coming soon: Zapier, Make, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Workspace and Exchange. Webhooks are on the roadmap, and a general public REST API is also roadmap. Jira and GitHub integrations are not currently planned.
How does TASKTOGO billing work?
Owners are always free — create a workspace and use every module at no cost. Billing is per active non-owner member: you only pay for invited teammates who use the workspace. Prices are shown in your local currency on the pricing page and update automatically if you change your country.
What security controls are included?
Every paid plan includes TOTP-based 2FA, scrypt-hashed passwords, session controls, audit logs, encrypted transit (TLS 1.2+) and encrypted backups. SSO / IdP login is on the Enterprise roadmap.
How fast can we onboard?
Most teams are up and running the same day. The signup flow walks you through creating a group, enabling the modules you need and inviting your team — usually under 15 minutes.
What support is available?
All paid plans include email support. Enterprise customers get a named contact and a faster response window. Free-plan users get help via the public help center and community channels.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The group owner seat is always free. You only pay once you invite active non-owner members to the group. Pricing is per active member and updates automatically as your team changes.
How can I evaluate TASKTOGO before paying?
Sign up and use TASKTOGO with the owner seat for free. There is no time-limited trial; billing starts only when you add active non-owner members to your group.
Is TASKTOGO GDPR compliant?
TASKTOGO implements the GDPR obligations that apply to a controller and processor. Primary application data is hosted in the EU, you can export or permanently delete your data from account settings, and a DPA is available on request. We are not currently ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified.
Where is my data stored?
Primary application data is hosted on servers in the European Union. Some sub-processors (for error tracking, push notifications and payments) operate outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses. The full list lives at /subprocessors.
Is there a mobile app?
Native iOS and Android apps are in development and not yet published to the app stores. The web app is fully mobile-responsive today — open it on your phone and add it to your home screen as a PWA.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from billing settings. EU consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal under Danish consumer law; see /refund-policy for the exact terms.
What is your uptime SLA?
We aim for high availability and run health checks across our services. We do not currently sell a contractual uptime SLA — track real-time service health on /status.
Do you support SSO / single sign-on?
Enterprise IdP / SSO login (SAML, OIDC client) is on the roadmap and planned for the Enterprise plan. Today we support TOTP-based 2FA for all accounts. OAuth 2.1 / OIDC endpoints exist for controlled internal or partner integrations, while a general public REST API is still roadmap. Contact us at support@tasktogo.com to discuss enterprise identity requirements.
Is there a public API?
A REST API is in development. Pricing and exact availability per plan will be confirmed when it ships publicly. Contact sales if you need early access.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. Your data is preserved and you can resubscribe at any time without re-onboarding.
