Data Processing Agreement

GDPR Article 28 compliance — Under the GDPR, customers who use TASKTOGO to process personal data of EU/EEA data subjects must have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in place with Det 5 Element ApS as the data processor.

What the DPA covers

  • Subject matter, nature, purpose and duration of processing
  • Categories of personal data and data subjects
  • Obligations and rights of the controller (you) and processor (us)
  • Sub-processor authorisation and list
  • Data transfer safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses for non-EEA transfers)
  • Security measures (Article 32)
  • Breach notification procedure
  • Assistance with data subject rights (access, erasure, portability)
  • Deletion / return of data upon termination

How to get a signed DPA

Email us at privacy@tasktogo.com with the subject line "DPA request". We will send you our standard DPA within 2 business days. For enterprise customers requiring custom terms, please contact hello@tasktogo.com.
