Data Processing Agreement

GDPR Article 28 compliance — Under the GDPR, customers who use TASKTOGO to process personal data of EU/EEA data subjects must have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in place with Det 5 Element ApS as the data processor.
What the DPA covers
- Subject matter, nature, purpose and duration of processing
- Categories of personal data and data subjects
- Obligations and rights of the controller (you) and processor (us)
- Sub-processor authorisation and list
- Data transfer safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses for non-EEA transfers)
- Security measures (Article 32)
- Breach notification procedure
- Assistance with data subject rights (access, erasure, portability)
- Deletion / return of data upon termination
How to get a signed DPA
Email us at privacy@tasktogo.com with the subject line "DPA request". We will send you our standard DPA within 2 business days. For enterprise customers requiring custom terms, please contact hello@tasktogo.com.
