Frequently asked questions

How do I reset my password?

Open the app or visit tasktogo.com/forgot-password, enter the email address associated with your account, and follow the link in the email we send you. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@tasktogo.com.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings — both on the web at tasktogo.com and inside the mobile app. All of your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. See our privacy policy for details.

The app is not in the language I expected.

TASKTOGO ships in English, Danish, German and French. On first launch the app follows the language set on your device. You can change the language at any time from Settings → Language inside the app.

I cannot sign in.

Make sure you are using the same email address you signed up with. If you signed up through a single sign-on provider, use the same provider to sign back in. If you still cannot sign in, email support@tasktogo.com from the address on your account and we will help you recover access.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

We love feedback. Email support@tasktogo.com with a short description, steps to reproduce, and a screenshot or screen recording if possible. Feature requests go to the same address — please prefix the subject with [Feature request].

Is there a system status page?

Yes. Real-time service status and incident history are at tasktogo.com/status.
