From sign-up to running team in minutes

No onboarding call required. No consultant needed. Here is exactly what happens after you click “Sign up”.

  1. Create a free account

    Sign up with an email address — no card required on the Free plan. You get a personal workspace immediately.

  2. Create a group

    A group is a shared workspace for your team, department, or project. Give it a name and a time zone. You can have multiple groups under one account.

  3. Enable the modules you need

    TASKTOGO ships 18 modules: tasks, calendar, messaging, time registration, absence, training, inventory, orders, and more. Turn on only what your team actually uses — the rest stays out of the way.

  4. Invite your team

    Send email invites directly from the group settings. New members choose their own password. Roles (member / admin / owner) control what each person can edit.

Built-in onboarding wizard

When you create your first group, a 5-step welcome wizard introduces profile setup, group creation, mobile app status, and help shortcuts. Then use Members to invite teammates and Modules to configure your workspace.
