Install the TASKTOGO mobile app

The TASKTOGO mobile app is available for iOS and Android. It gives you access to your groups, tasks, messages, calendar, and notifications on the go.

The apps are currently in limited beta. Contact support@tasktogo.com for early access.

Sign in

1. Open the app.
2. Tap Sign in.
3. Enter the email and password for your TASKTOGO account.
4. If you have 2FA enabled, enter the code from your authenticator app.

Sync and offline

The app syncs automatically whenever it has an internet connection. If you lose connectivity, you can still browse recently viewed content. New messages and task updates will sync once you're back online.

Notifications

The app can send push notifications to your device. You'll be prompted to allow notifications on first launch.

To manage notification settings:

1. Tap the ☰ menu → Settings.
2. Tap Notifications.
3. Toggle each notification type on or off.

Update the app

Keep the app up to date for the latest features and security fixes:

• On iOS: Open the App Store → Your profile → Update available apps.
• On Android: Open Google Play → My apps → Update.

The app also supports over-the-air updates — minor updates are applied automatically in the background without needing a full store update.

Switch accounts

If you have multiple TASKTOGO accounts:

1. Tap your avatar in the top-right corner.
2. Tap Switch account.
3. Tap Add account or select an existing one.

Sign out

1. Tap the ☰ menu → Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap Sign out.

To sign out of all devices at once, go to Settings → Security → Active sessions on the web and click Revoke all sessions.
