Reset your password

If you've forgotten your password or want to change it for security reasons, TASKTOGO makes it easy to regain access.

I forgot my password

1. Go to the Login page.
2. Click Forgot password? below the sign-in button.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Check your inbox for a password-reset email — it arrives within a few minutes.
5. Click the link in the email. It is valid for 1 hour.
6. Enter a new password (minimum 8 characters).
7. You'll be signed in automatically after resetting.

I'm already logged in and want to change my password

1. Open Settings → Security.
2. Click Change password.
3. Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
4. Click Update password.

Note: Changing your password will end all other active sessions. Any device that was logged in will need to sign in again.

I didn't receive the reset email

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Make sure you used the correct email address.
• Wait 5 minutes — email delivery can occasionally be delayed.
• If the issue persists, contact support@tasktogo.com.

Password requirements

• Minimum 8 characters
• No maximum length
• Any combination of letters, numbers, and symbols is accepted
