Reset your password
If you've forgotten your password or want to change it for security reasons, TASKTOGO makes it easy to regain access.
I forgot my password
- Go to the Login page.
- Click Forgot password? below the sign-in button.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your inbox for a password-reset email — it arrives within a few minutes.
- Click the link in the email. It is valid for 1 hour.
- Enter a new password (minimum 8 characters).
- You'll be signed in automatically after resetting.
I'm already logged in and want to change my password
- Open Settings → Security.
- Click Change password.
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
- Click Update password.
Note: Changing your password will end all other active sessions. Any device that was logged in will need to sign in again.
I didn't receive the reset email
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you used the correct email address.
- Wait 5 minutes — email delivery can occasionally be delayed.
- If the issue persists, contact support@tasktogo.com.
Password requirements
- Minimum 8 characters
- No maximum length
- Any combination of letters, numbers, and symbols is accepted
