Calendar module

Schedule events, invite attendees, manage recurring meetings, and sync to external calendars.

Calendar events

The Calendar module lets you schedule and track events within a group — meetings, deadlines, shifts, and milestones.

Create an event

  1. Open a group and click Calendar in the sidebar.
  2. Click any date on the calendar, or click + New event.
  3. Fill in the event details:
    • Title (required)
    • Start / End — date and time in your local timezone.
    • All-day — toggle for full-day events with no specific time.
    • Location — physical address or video call link.
    • Description — optional notes for attendees.
    • Attendees — select group members who should attend.
  4. Click Save.

Invite attendees

Adding attendees to an event sends them an in-app notification. If the attendee has email notifications enabled, they also receive an email.

To invite someone not in the group, add them to the group first.

Edit or delete an event

Click any event on the calendar to open it. Click Edit to modify details, or Delete to remove it.

Calendar views

Switch between views using the buttons in the top-right corner:

Sync with external calendars

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Calendar.
  2. Copy the iCal feed URL.
  3. Paste it into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook as a "Subscribe by URL" calendar.

The iCal feed is read-only and updates every 15 minutes.

Recurring events

When creating an event, click Repeat and choose:

  • Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
  • An end date or a maximum number of occurrences.

To edit a recurring event, you can update just the single occurrence or all future occurrences.
